intake and a sortof relief?

Today I had one and a half of those frozen pizza things, the kind that come in a stack of like 6. I also ate a cup of mandarin oranges in juice, and a coffee with 4 coffeemate creamers.

I might’ve peed a couple of times, and was expecting my weight to be back up at 168 since this past week was shit (I didn’t tell you what I ate yesterday… a mcddonalds fish meal PLUS a ton of mexican when I went out with friends, AND two scoops of fatty ice cream ugh!!)

Well I went and weighed myself after eating the pizza and everything and after yesterdays horror binge… and I am STILL at 163! Seriously!

I have no idea what the deal is with that, but at least I’m not curled in a ball crying my eyes out.

The interesting thing is I’m home and my bf is away for work, so I can resist food and pack my apt, and maybe do some wiifit for fun!

intake

  • 2 slices of bread with meatball sauce (meatballs mashed in tomato sauce) and a handful of shredded cheese)
  • regular pepsi
  • tiny handful of semi sweet chocolate chips

  • 1/2 avocado eggroll from Uno’s

  • 2 oz of baked haddock
  • mixed greens salad with goat cheese, glazed walnuts and lemon/basil/olive oil dressing
  • 1/6 breadstick
  • few bites of roasted veggies
  • couple tiny bites of farro salad

So far, no exercise today. :( but I did burn 1,200+ cals last night.

dinner

1.5 whole wheat pancakes with some caramel sauce (1 tablespoon) and sliced banana. 2 slices of turkey bacon. Fruit punch.

i feel so stagnant today

And I really cannot wait to get my ass in gear, and go work out.
