intake and a sortof relief?
Today I had one and a half of those frozen pizza things, the kind that come in a stack of like 6. I also ate a cup of mandarin oranges in juice, and a coffee with 4 coffeemate creamers.
I might’ve peed a couple of times, and was expecting my weight to be back up at 168 since this past week was shit (I didn’t tell you what I ate yesterday… a mcddonalds fish meal PLUS a ton of mexican when I went out with friends, AND two scoops of fatty ice cream ugh!!)
Well I went and weighed myself after eating the pizza and everything and after yesterdays horror binge… and I am STILL at 163! Seriously!
I have no idea what the deal is with that, but at least I’m not curled in a ball crying my eyes out.
The interesting thing is I’m home and my bf is away for work, so I can resist food and pack my apt, and maybe do some wiifit for fun!
